Can someone help me with this encounter, the patient was in the hospital a Family Doctor saw the patient this day and got paid, however the patient fell out of bed the ER physician went see the patient and sutured her. What type of modifier can we use? 77 or which one?

not modifer 77 cause this one is used to repeat same procedure by different physician
