Can someone please send me a copy of what you are using for an audit tool in your office. I would like to do an audit in our office but would like to see what others are using to self-audit. And if anyone would like to share their charge tickets, I would greatly appreciate it.

We use the Medicare auditing tool from Novitas - our MAC. You can access this tool on their website - https://www.novitas-solutions.com/ - click on Medicare Part B on the left side of the screen and then choose the Evaluation and Management tab at the left and then you will see an option for E/M and specialty score sheets. Otherwise if you have a different Medicare carrier you could check with them - I am sure they have something you can use too.
