Ob patient came in for a followup er visit today. She had an ultrasound done in the er over the weekend and we also did one in the office. My question is, my Dr. wants to bill an office visit but I'm having a hard time with this because the the results were the exact same as the ER. She went to ER because she had some vag bleeding and they told her she had a low lying placenta. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks again
