I'm having trouble coding an office visit with anxiety stress reaction....and need some help :)

could i use 293.84 (organic anxiety syndrome) with a 99213?? medicare wont pay any "300" codes since its phycological

well it really depends on how it is documented. 293.- codes are secondary only codes and must have a physical or neuro condition listed first.
Before I could advise how to code a note I would need to read the note. So if you can post the office note I could better direct you to the correct code.
