Hi All!! I need help from all you shoulder experts please!
A patient came in referred by the ER with a right shoulder dislocation/greater tuberosity fracture. She had a closed reduction in the ER. My doc wants to charge a non op treatment for his services. There is not a code (that i can find) that i can use. The one that i was looking at is 23665, but this one says with manipulation, the documentation does not say anything about manipulation. Is there another code i can charge for? any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
