If we have a physician that uses 1 hemacult card in the office during a routine physical (but does not provide the patient with the other 2 cards) could we bill the 82270 for the one? I know we can't use the 82272 unless we have a medical dx but I wasn't sure if the 82270 would be billable since we were using just one hemacult card. New to internal Medicine and need assistance. Please advise.

Thanks,

MM
