Wiki hemiarthroplasty to Total shoulder

Patient had a previous hemiarthroplasty and now the Dr is going to remove and do a
Total Shoulder arthroplasty.

I am thinking

23331-51

Am I correct ? It just seems too simplified for some reason . . . . . . ?
