Hi, Can anyone give me a CPT code for a Hemicap of the metatarsal? Is it unlisted perhaps?

If first metatarsal go with 28293.

Thank you - this is one I haven't had before. Wasn't sure which way to go. If they are doing a Keller bunionectomy, then this would probably be bundled, correct?

I'm thinking yes since the would be correcting the bunion (removing the bony eminence) and placing an implant. Any other thoughts?
