Any suggestions on how to code the following surgery--Right exploratory laparotomy with right hemicolectomy, open cholecystectomy, and incisional biopsy of the right adnexal cystic structure...

according to path results pt had ulceration of colon, chronic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis, and adnexal mass showed squamous cell carcinoma in situ.
