Hey Everyone, I was just pondering what is the correct coding combination when it comes to HCPCS-medicare and Hemodialysis?

When you code for the HCPCS portion of it do you use G0308-G0319?

I have searched online and got no where I have even tried the CMS website and it wasn't any help!!!

I would appreciate if I could get some help on the matter.:)
