I desperately need advice on correct cpt coding for inpatient dialysis treatments. The patient was dialyze 5 times in ICU without the presence of the physician. In the hunt for the codes, all we could come across was 90999. Hemodialysis is a new procedure that we are now providing. Thank you for any guidance.
