I am seeking assistance in how code for administration of Hepatitis B Immune Globulin (Human) Nabi-HB

This is the first time we have ever done this in our office.
We are Occupational Health treating post exposure
needle stick.
Are the correct codes: 90371 and 96372?
Is there particular way to document dosage given to W/C insurance?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
