Does anyone have any guidance out there on how to bill a right and left hepatic vein angio? We would usually code 36011 and 75891 for unilateral. 36011 takes a 50, lt and rt modifier but 75891 does not (according to encoderpro). Both take a 76 modifiers. Curious if anyone has billed these together successfully and how they coded them? Thank you!
