Hello, I need some advise on how to code Hepatitis C when provider documents "sustained viral load"? I can't find anything in the Coding Clinic addressing this verbiage. Any feedback appreciated:)

I would code Hep C
Sustained to me meaning still has viral load(virus)
  1. continuing for an extended period or without interruption.
    "several years of sustained economic growth"
