i just became a member and this is my 1st post - I bill for Workers Comp Claims Indiana my question is when i bill for HepB series of 3 I know the 1st injection is 90746 but when they come back for their 2 and 3 is there a different CPT code to use or do i use 90746 w/ a modifier
