Wiki Heplocks with or without med push

I would like to hear your experience with coding these. I have researched and heard several different scenarios, from 36000 for helpock alone, to 96374 plus 36000-59 if it is heplock plus a single med push. This is outpatient coding. What is your take and rationale on this subject?
