Pre-op Dx: Bilateral inguinal hernias

Post -op Dx: Right inguinal hernia

Physician performed a laparoscopic right inguinal hernia repair and laparoscopic left groin exploration. All the work was performed on the left side, but not hernia was found.

Would I be correct in using CPT 49650 RT and 49650 52 Lt ?
