The patient had emergency surgery to repair a perforated peptic ulcer. The physician mentioned in his op note that a supraumbilical hernia was repaired at the time of surgery. He does not mention the hernia in the H & P. I was thinking 43840 & 49905 but I'm not sure if the hernia repair is included in the ulcer repair. Any thoughts?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!! :D

Here is the op note:
The patient was prepped and draped in the usual sterile
fashion after satisfactory achievement of anesthesia. Midline incision was made.
Peritoneal cavity was entered. Balfour retractor was used. We ahead and identified
the perforation at the gastrojejunostomy. This was a small opening. It was repaired
using 2-0 silk sutures and a Graham patch. The abdomen was thoroughly irrigated and
suctioned out. There was excellent hemostasis throughout. The fascia was closed
using running 1 Prolene suture. It should be noted that a small supraumbilical
hernia was also repaired at the time excising the tissue and closing the hernia
primarily incorporating it in our closure. The fascia was thus closed thoroughly.
Subcutaneous tissues were irrigated thoroughly again and that space was closed using
3-0 Vicryl and the skin was closed using skin staples. The patient tolerated the
procedure well and is in stable condition at this time. There were no complications.
