Hello! I am a fairly new Medical Biller for a couple of pharmacies and am occasionally getting denials for Covid tests performed at the pharmacy. The reason given is that coverage is excluded for this provider type (pharmacy). Do any of you get these kind of denials and how do you resolve them?
