For Epicondyles injection performed on bilateral how we can code 20551*1 units or 20551-rt,20551,lt need suggestion to clear my charts

It can depend on the payer. Some may want one line, one unit with 50 mod (even though this CPT usually does not take a 50). Other payers may want two lines, one unit each line, RT/LT or one line 2 units RT/LT. You should check who it is being billed to first.
