i need assistant in finding a code for dilation of small bowe strictures with ballon catheter, but non endoscopic, and under fluoroscopic for over 30 min

Dx is short gut syndrome, bowel strictures, bowel obstruction, malnutrition
i have suggested a regular endoscopic code with mod 52 or an unlisted code since to be honest i have not found any yet, but he still thinks it may be one under 7000's
does anybody has an idea how that should be code. thank you.:confused:
