I am searching for a CPT code for Laparoscopy, surgical, repair of paraesophageal hernia, includes fundoplasty, when performed; with or without implantion of mesh to be performed OUT PATIENT. CPT code 43281 is a perfect description but is an IN PATIENT only code.
