If a patient has hidradenitis in the left hip/ flank area, would you the 11400-11406 (excision of benign lesion) codes? Please help! Thanks.

I would recommend that you review 11450-11471 for specific codes for hidradenitis.

I did, and I don't think any of them match.
11450 is axillary
11462 is inguinal
11470 is perianal, perineal, or umbilical
