I am going thru the 2010 CPT and I noticed a change in the codes at 96360 level, and am contacting you all for clarification on this change. Will you please contact me back...., my concern is the not permitting of an higher order codes with a lower order codes the example shows 96376/96360 not permitted to be coded together,:o:o could you please explain?? pg 345 in CPT.
