Does anyone know how to bill for a high-dose flu vaccine for a Medicaid patient? This patient has damaged lungs due to Covid.

High dose flu vaccines are only for patients 65yr and older. If the Medicaid patient is 65yrs or older than you would bill based on the type of high dose vaccine along with administration code and dx Z23.
No, you may also give the high dose to patients who could be compromised due to other conditions.
