Is there an official guideline for determining when a pregnancy is defined as High Risk? We have found information on the Department of Health and Human Services which indicates specific other issues such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.

We are looking for a clear statement that will be consistent for all of our providers on determining the difference between a complication and high risk.
