can someone help me, i am going to be working for a high risk pregnacy physician. i would like to know for each outpatient office visit do i need to put the v23..(which ever applies) first for each visit. Please let me know. Thank you!
 
You have to make sure to read the documentation first. If he doesnt state anything
in the High risk V23 catagory, it may be another type of High Risk.
Example Diabetes,which is a 648.83
