Wiki Highmark denial 11045-11047

Good Afternoon Coding World,

I was told by medicare rep for highmark, that the codes 11045-11047 are no longer vaild, as of 12/31/2011. I'm confused, these codes are on the fee schedule and is currently in my CPT book. The rep said this came from CMS and AMA. Anyone came across this issue?
