I know to use unlisted(27299) for the repair. I have two questions. First, is there a code for the Graft Jacket or would it just be included with that unlisted code? Could I just increase my fee to justify that graft jacket? Second, please look at this op note and tell me if you would compare to 27385 or 27006. I'm thinking 27385 would be the comparison code but I need someone else to give me their opinion.
Description of Procedure: Dissection was carried down through the subcuatneous tissue. The IT band was identified and sharply incised. Upon entering the hip joint, the anterior 1/3 had not healed appropriately. A bony trough was then created following which a single Biomet ALLthread PEEK triple loaded anchor was then inserted into the greater trochanter after which 6 limbs of suture were then passed through the tnedon and reapproximated to the bony trough. Then afterwards, 4x8 GRAFTJACKET was placed over the lateral apsect and sewn in place.
