Wiki hip arthrogram with injection 27095/20610

I have a doctor doing a hip arthrogram under fluoro and injecting kenalog and Marcaine. do I change my 27095 into a 20610 or keep my 27095?

Arthrogarm with arthrocentesis

I believe you can add a modifier 59 to the 20610 as this is a separate procedure. I did run it thru 3m and the services are truly distinctivey different...
