Our Dr is stating he is doing a "Rt hip arthrogram and injection of steroid in the hip joint and the bursa"

Billing:
27095
73525
20610

Does the following sound like he is actually doing the arthrogram AND injection (separately), and if so, would the above codes be correct?

Note says: Under C-arm guidance, hip jt identified & given lidocaine..
Contrast was used and arthrogram was performed confirming the position of the needle. Rt hip had significant DJD, visualized the capsule w/no pathology, negative labral tears, no loose bodies

Hip jt was then injected with 1cc Kenalogand 1cc of lidocaine and the needle was removed. Then the hip bursa was injected with same.

Any help is appreciated!!
