I'm checking the CPT for the above procedures. These are happening during the same operative session. Can someone verify that CPT 27134 is correct for this?

Now, if they do the explant one day and then implant new components on a different day, is that 27090 for the explant . Would the new components placed be 27130 or 27134? Thanks,
