Is anyone aware of any requirements for HIPAA that are due in September? I've had a question posed to me and I can't find anything. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

The only thing I am aware of at this moment is Texas House Bill 300 that went into effect on Sept 1st. Some of this state level HIPAA legislation is more stringent than federal level HIPAA (privacy).
