Has anyone out there heard of any insurance that covers HIPPA violations? Or is it just paid out of pocket?

Hi there,

I work for a nonprofit mental health agency, and we do have a Social Services endorsement on our general liability insurance, that covers privacy and security breaches up to a certain dollar amount. Hope this helps. :)
