HELLO!

Can any one say code is the code set of HIPPA(in numbers)

yesterday i appeared a assesment in my office in tat they asked a question what is the codesets used in HIPPA
 
That would be ICD-9 CM vol I and II for all health care settings for the dx
ICD-9 CM vol III for inpatient facility only
HCPC level I for physicians and outpatients
HCPC level II for physicians and outpatients
