Wiki Historical DX or not

I am running into a situation and need advise.
If a patient with Advanced Prostate Cancer is on Lupron, but is biochemically cured per Dr's note, do we code the record for his Lupron injection with an active cancer DX or a Historical cancer DX

Per the Lupron indications it states that Lupron is used for TREATMENT of advanced prostate cancer. and if I'm not mistaken, per our coding guidelines, we need to code active treatment with an active DX.

Can you please give me some advise?

As long as the patient continues to receive the Lupron you code the cancer as active.
