History of-- code?
I am trying to find, "History of coronary bypass surgery" and can't seem to find the code. The only code I can seem to find is Z98.89. To me, this code is unacceptable. It is not explaining much at all. Can someone please guide me in the right direction? Thank you so much and good luck to all on this first day of ICD. 10 !
