How would a history of neuroendocrine tumor be coded. Example-History of well differentiated neuroendocrine tumor of ileum.
Under the history codes for malignancy's it does not include the code ranges for neuroendocrine tumor.
Alpha index only lists carcinoid tumors, but not all neuroendocrine tumors are carcinoid tumors.
Would it be history, disease or disorder, to specific body system?
