I am a little confused on the new guidelines. If I have a pt come in with HPI sore throat History of HIV on antivirals this gets coded to B20
final Bronchitis and HIV infection. is HIV infection considered "known hiv" hiv positive and get coded to Z21 or is this considered under history of HIV on meds?
Pt has no documented HIV related condition.
Does this get a RFV of B20 and a final of Z21?
