I work for a cardiologist practice that owns the holter monitors and does the full component for the holters in our practice sites. We are now going to have our holters in a family practice sight; have an employee of the family practice hook up and remove the holter monitor. Then the cardiologist will interp and store the images from the holter. I would like help to make sure we are billing this correctly since this is a new situation to us and many ideas have been thrown around.

The family practice would bill 93225 for the hook up.
The cardiologist would bill the 93226 for the analysis with report and 93227 or physician review and interp.

Thanks for any help that can be provided.
