Hello, I'd like to know whether can we code home visit CPTs (99341-99349) with GT modifier or do we have to follow Office or other patient setting CPTs (99202- 99215) with GT modifier for Medicare insurance. Kindly provide some article related to home based televisits for Medicare.

Hi there, Medicare does cover home/residence visits via telehealth but whether you append the POS or a modifier will depend on the type of provider you're billing for.
