Looking to see how everyone else would code this scenario. I am not sure if we still bill for the entire global 59400 or if we break down the antepartum, placenta delivery w/ post partum?? Or 59400 with a 52 modifier.

We provided all of the antepartum care. We will provide the PP care as well.

"pt presents to L&D via rescue with precipitous vaginal delivery at home. PNC was uncomplicated. Placenta delivered by deck doc on arrival to L&D. "
