Hi, I have a question I have to billing for Home Visits for Doctors I understand that the codes to use are from 99341-99350 with TOS 12, but I have a questing on Box 32 on the HCFA form you put the address where the services were render, in the case of home health do I have to put the patient address on box 32?
Also the doctors phone calls I seen not to find a code under Medicare payable for that service there is a code that you can bill for phone calls for Home Health Patient?
