Can anyone tell me if we as a home health agency can use V67.2 for followup on a patient who is having chemotherapy? The word "examination" makes us wonder if only the physician treating pt can use this code. In our situation, we are monitoring pt for effects of the chemo treatment, so we are searching for the most appropriate code.
