I have a question fellow coders. Been billing for a while and been working in home healthcare for years. But things are changing. Ive been working in profee for a long time. Now i got offered as a home health biller, and i havent done that since ICD -9. Where to go to refresh on what is the differences between pro fee, facility and home health. Dont they all just use the same aspects of coding and of course making sure you have prior auth. Need to know where i can start studying so i dont screw up the companies billings.
