Looking to connect with anyone who currently is coding/billing Home Health services. I have some questions regarding the HH billing.
I have read everything I can find online with CMS, and some other websites. Looking to answer these questions.
1. Nursing visits. Are they billed under the facility name?
2. Nursing documentation. Is this similar to physician documentation? Meaning, the guidelines physicians have to follow, is it pretty much the same for nursing documentation?
3. Physical Therapy services under Home Health. Are those services billed under the facility also?
Any input is very much appreciated.
