Can G0180 (Initial Certification) ever be billed twice? Here's the scenario: Patient began Home Health services on 2/1/13 for care for recovery from breast cancer surgery. She was discharged on 2/7/13.

Home health care was ordered again on 2/11/13 for new and unrelated diagnoses and problems.

Thanks for your help with this unusual situation.
