I am billing for Home Health for Hospice for a Medicare pt and seeking the guidelines. Normally there is a 60 day certification period for non Hospice patients, but with Hospice, there is an inital plan of care date, but no date range. How often can I bill G0182 and is a modifier GV required? Many Thanks.
