Can nurse practitioners bill Home Health Services CPT 99341-99350?

Yes, as long as they bill under thier own name (not incident to) and are working under the scope of thier state license and collabartive agreement wtih supervising physician. (This is under Medicare). You would have to query commercial carriers on thier NP payment policies.
