what is the correct way you should bill for Home infusion therapy: Provider billing each individual day with S9328 (1 unit) and then also bills 12/1/2021 - 12/31/21 S9328 (31 units) on same claim. Bills S code only no J codes is this appropriate?
 
Correct as The S9328 code is for the duration of the continuous infusion over a set time / dosage until the medication has run out. The J code is only billed when the medication is provided to the patient / to refill the pump.
